This unit has been very well taken care of. 
Cosmetically the only issue is the Magnet which is cracked but does not affect operation at all, the magnet is still connected to the string and works great as shown in the video and pictures.
It is in wonderful operational & cosmetic condition you see in the pictures.

    Like other Woodways, the Desmo S TreadErgometer comes with the world famous patented slat belt transportation system. 
    This unique belt combined the conventional belt and deck design into one to produce a tank track-like running surface. 
    With it, you’ll get less friction which means less wear and tear, and a longer treadmill life.

    Also, this running area has a 22” x 68” dimension. It is long enough to accommodate tall people and wide enough to accommodate big people. Plus, the 500 lb. user weight capacity ensures that the treadmill will remain stable and powerful no matter how heavy you are.

    The 2.0 HP continuous duty servo drive motor provides excellent power. 
    This motor can give you a speed range of 0-12.5mph and elevation of up to 15%.

    The Slat Belt running surface also has distinct advantages for you and your facility.

    The rubberized slats are built like a tank, literally. 
    With 114 ball bearings the belt glides, which results in years of life with very little maintenance and up to 50% in electrical savings.

    What is liftgate service?

    A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground so that you can take it inside your business or home. The truck driver will place your order on the ground using the liftgate and you are responsible for bringing it inside.

    If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload your items from the truck, you will need a liftgate and must select this option at checkout. The charge for the liftgate is $45.00 but additional fees will apply if a liftgate is added after checkout.

    Some items like large outdoor ice merchandisers or very long pizza prep tables may be too large or heavy for a lift gate and will require a truck-level loading dock. If you do not have one, we recommend selecting White Glove Delivery.

    What is a delivery appointment? Select this FREE service option at checkout, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, usually within a 4 hour window. Remember, for residential addresses, a delivery appointment is required.

    We also suggest a delivery appointment for our commercial customers if there is any doubt that an authorized recipient will be available to receive your order, or if you are not always open Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM as this is generally the timeframe carriers deliver within. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, you will be charged additional fees when the carrier is forced to redeliver.
