It powers up and the analog dials push buttons appear to function and do cause reaction on the gauges. There are a few scratches on the cabinet, but nothing serious. I have nothing with which to test it further. You are welcome to purchase this and inspect it for the seven days after delivery. Should it not meet your needs you can send it back.
