It was being used at a university and it does power up, the lights do come on but we do not have the expertise to test it and that is why were are selling it under an as is no return condition.
The Heat Gage Needle DOES move when the unit is in operation, it might be working perfectly, buyer's gain and luck, we just cannot guarantee it is since unfortunately we just don't know how to test this machine nor how it's supposed to be used.
Unit does Include the Foot Remote Pedal and the American Optical Binocular with both Eye Pieces intact as can also be seen in the pictures.
