What is the Quikspray® Carrousel® Pump?

The Quikspray® Carrousel® Pump is the application of the peristaltic or squeeze principle, similar to the human digestive system. Rollers rotate against the rubber tube, flattening it against the U-shaped pressure wall of the Quikspray® Carrousel® Pump. This soft rubber tube, the heart of the system, is the only part that contacts pumped material. It is inexpensive and easily replaced for damage or wear.

This entire line of Quikspray® Carrousel® Pumps are designed to pump and spray materials with or without aggregates and/or reinforcement fibers.

QuikSpray's Carrousel Pump is the most versatile pump in the world, capable of pumping epoxy grouts, heavily bodied materials, re-grouting mortar joints. Also designed for spraying fireproofing, waterproofing, EIFS, artificial rock work, stucco, and other commercial coatings. The Carrousel Pump is most known for being well designed, constructed, and time tested in the field since 1968. Designed to both spray and pump the Carrousel Pump uses a specifically created spray gun to eliminate back pressure and increase ease of operation.

The proven peristaltic pump design is simple to use and maintain. Straight forward design puts no moving parts in contact with fluid, making it ideal for abrasive or fast setting materials. Carrousel Pumps are used for many applications like patching and production work, especially in difficult to reach spray applications and when a smaller pump is needed to access difficult job scenarios.

The multi-airjet guns were designed for fibered or heavy aggregates used in grouts, stucco, plaster and industrial coatings. The single-airjet guns were designed for fine atomization, required in waterproofing and some aesthetic coatings, and lighter materials like fireproofing or acoustics. Single-airjet guns require considerably less volume of air for atomization, but will pass less material for a reduced flow.
