This Vulcan double stack set of convection ovens was purchased from a bakery in Brooklyn, New York. Both units were in use by the chef up until we picked them up. They have been tested in our warehouse and we found both to be in perfect working order!

Description
Vulcan-Hart's Convection Oven allows hot air to circulate throughout the oven to cook or bake your food more evenly than a non-convection oven.
The solid state temperature controls adjust from 150° to 500°F.
It is furnished with a two-speed 1/2 horsepower oven blower-motor.
Each oven burner can create 44,000 BTUs an hour.
Each oven has a 3/4" rear gas connection with combination gas pressure regulator and safety solenoid system.
The single deck oven's top, sides and front are made of stainless steel, and the independently-operated, stainless steel doors have double pane windows.
