We're proud to offer a VINTAGE RARE 1930s BLACKSTONE MODEL A - WASHING MACHINE w/ WRINGER, BAG WITH CLOTHEPIN HOLDERS & ORIGINAL DRYING STAND as can be seen in the pictures. Painting on the wall IS NOT included with this listing!!!
We also included a few pictures of three different and newer nevertheless still vintage white color machines. Two are being used as planters, we don't recommend you doing that with this unit since it's so rare and can still run but we included the pictures just to show the different creative ideas people have with similar units. This listing is only for the Blackstone Model A Green machine with the Drying Stand!
*IMPORTANT*: To find a BLACKSTONE MODEL A IN SUCH A CONDITION IS ALREADY VERY DIFFICULT AND RARE. NOW TO FIND ONE COMPLETE WITH THE WRINGER AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE ORIGINAL DRYER RACK IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. LEAST BUT NOT LESS THE BAG WITH VINTAGE CLOTHEPINS IS ALSO INCLUDED WITH THIS LISTING!
THE DRYING STAND HAS MANY WOODEN HANGERS THAT OPEN AND CLOSE AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES, SOME ARE MISSING BUT THEY CAN BE EASILY REPLACED, THE ORIGINAL 1930 DRYING STAND ITSELF IS THE REAL RARE AND BEAUTIFUL UNIT HERE!!!
This is a real beauty! This one is from the early 30s. You truly have a rare find my friend, those 1930s Blackstones are very few and far between!!!
*IMPORTANT*: The motor actually powers on but I think you have to oil the motor bearings on this one once in a while. You can access the motor by removing that metal plate where the wire goes in. I would look and see if there are oil holes on the motor and oil it before you plug it in.

Technical Information in Italics Blue below was taken from Online sources about Vintage Washing machines:

These timeless beauties are captivating with their vintage lines and colors.
Washing machines were invented as early as 1767, when Jacob Christian Schäffer of Germany created the first prototype.
It was very tempting for House Crazy Sarah to write Old Fashioned Warshing Machines because that’s how her granny used to say washing.
