Vintage telescope.
Our understanding is that these are used with surveying equipment such as transits or levels.
Optics are in excellent condition.
Has focusing adjustment, cross hair, and images are sharp and clear.
Fully extended the scope is about 9-3/4 inches long, 7-1/2 inches closed.
Scope mounting is 4-1/4" by 1-1/2" wide and top has a two hole opening to hold the level.

WE TESTED IT AND IT SHOWS AMAZING MAGNIFYING CAPABILITY DESPITE BEING SO SMALL. WE WERE ABLE TO SEE WITH PRECISE DETAIL A LICENSE PLATE ON A CAR 100 YARDS AWAY!!!
THIS IS A ONE VERY POWERFUL VINTAGE SURVEY TELESCOPE! THE IMAGE COMES OUT INVERTED BUT WAS CRYSTAL CLEAR AND VERY DETAILED!!!
THE STAND IS VERY COOL TOO, IT CAN BE ADJUSTED TO THE DIFFERENT METERED MARKINGS AS CAN BE SEEN IN THE PICTURES.
THE STAND ITSELF HAS A HEAVY BASE AND WILL KEEP THE TELESCOPE VERY STEADY AT THE TOP, NO MATTER HOW HIGH YOU ADJUST IT.
