COSMETIC CONDITION: There is no real rust, just a paint discoloration at the bottom as shown in the pictures.
The steel is strong all around since this is the Heavy Gauge Steel, not today's Flimsies, this is the Real Deal: MADE IN THE GOOD OLD USA!
Paint fine, NO dings, NO dents, only normal scrapes in the finish as can be seen in the pictures.

Inside dimension of Each drawer is: 27.25 inches wide, 25.50 inches front to back, and 2 inches deep by the side walls.
the drawer fronts are 2.50 inches deep so you could put items that are little taller than 2 inches.
Each drawer has a wraparound in the back to prevent blueprints from falling inside the back of the cabinet.
It is not super heavy, 2 people can move the cabinet when the drawers are removed.
