This Varian 3900 with CP-8410 Autoinjector .
The Varian 3900 GC with CP-8410 Autoinjector is an all electronic, single channel gas chromatograph. The keypad relies on icons to identify the actions of the keys on the keypad. The icons are color coded to allow quick identification of what will happen when a key is pushed.
The Varian 3900 GC with CP-8410 AutoInjector, Flame Ionization Detector (FID), Split/Splitless Injector and computer preloaded with software. Designed to meet the demands of the analytical laboratory with its compact design and features a front access column compact oven with Precise Temperature Control which uses standard 7″ (17.5 cm) diameter capillary columns; a maximum operating temperature of 450°C that accommodates any application and the oven cools down from 450°C to 50°C in 5.2 minutes.
The CP-8410 is an AutoInjector based on the CP-8400; it has a manually positioned tray and can accommodate up to 10, 6, and 5 each of 2 mL, 5 mL and 10 mL vials, respectively. Both the AutoSampler and AutoInjector can inject into up to two injectors; the injection may be made into either one or the other of the injectors or into both (either from the same vial or from adjacent vials) during the same run.
