Vante® 3120 Medium/Large RF Tube Sealer

The Vante Bio 3120 Tube Sealing System consists of a 3210 RF power source and a model 3806 small sealing head. This system provides flexibility in sealing and powering a segmenting or hand-held sealing head. The durable, compact design is easy to use and leaves more room in the work area. The VanteTM Hand-Held Medium/Large Tube Sealing System handles a variety of tubing types and sizes using RF technology to seal both dry and fluid filled dielectric tubing, such as PVC and EVA. This fast and dependable system features a model 3120, 200 Watt RF generator and one of two hand-held sealing heads. The model 3806 medium-sized sealing head handles tubing up to 1/2" OD* and the model 3807 large-sized sealing head handles tubing up to 1" OD*. RF power, RF dwell time

and clamp time are manually controlled via the generator front panel allowing versatility of use. The ergonomically designed, hand-held sealing head features pneumatic air cylinders and includes 8' RF and pneumatic air lines. A built-in clamping feature holds tubing secure during the sealing process. Available 100 - 230 VAC 50/60 Hz outlet.
