Alto-Shaam CTP7-20G Description
The Alto-Shaam CTP7-20G full-size combi oven has four cooking modes: steam, convection, combination, and retherm. Each mode has its own temperature range, and the unit itself has three power levels. To monitor cooking product, the door has a triple-pane window with LED lighting. The stainless steel exterior of the unit resists corrosion and can withstand heavy use. The Alto-Shaam CTP7-20G full-size combi oven has a fully automatic cleaning system with five levels. Its retractable hand shower and backflow preventer facilitate the cleaning process.
