This unit came from a Federal University which was using it but we do not know how to test it and that is why it is being sold under an as is no return condition.
Here is a Veeco Digital Instruments Dimension AFM in a TMC Acoustic Enclosure and Vibration Isolation System.
The hardware is in excellent shape, but please note that no controller, software, or computer is included.
Overall a very nice system that will need a bit of work to get up and running.
Other issues beyond what is described above may be present.
Please note, no tips or other consumables are included.
System does not come with PC nor software or manuals.
You will need to provide air / vacuum to the system.
