Comes with one SMC NAF2000-N01-C Pneumatic Filter Assembly Unit and three Leveling Units.
Base uses the SMC NAF2000-N01-C Pneumatic filter to self level the Optical Table.
This optical table paired with this vibration isolation system will greatly assist with having the most stable and disturbance-free work space possible.
A proper vehicle will be necessary for transport.
For all units, CO₂ control is ±0.1%, CO₂ range is 0.2–20%, CO₂ stability at 5% CO₂ is ±0.2%, and CO₂ uniformity is ±0.1%.
