THIS IS A Vintage Disney Black Diamond Little Mermaid VHS (banned cover)
This original release of the Little Mermaid has a little extra "art" that later editions lack. Commonly known as the "phallic edition", this cover was quickly recalled and later releases had the "unique" art air-brushed out. Released 5/18/90 this classic edition is part of the collection that Disney did of its classic films ranging from the 1980's to the 1990's. It is the sought after BLACK DIAMOND which was the first release. You will not find many copies in such a great condition
