 Features 1" thick griddle plate and manual thermostatic controls.  This top is 36" wide.


GRIDDLE TOP FEATURES: 36' 1/2" wide x 32” deep (914 x 800 mm) griddle, with: • 1” (23mm) thick precision-ground steel cook surface • 15” (406mm) high backsplash and tapered side-splashes • 2-5/8” (67mm) wide grease trough pitched to grease receptacle • Built-in 2-1/8” (54mm)  grease receptacle • 15,000 BTU/hr gas burners with standing pilots & gas control valves.

Top measures 36' 1/2" x 32"x 34' 1/2" tall.

Southbend griddles are designed for cooking of food directly on the griddle plate.

What is liftgate service?

A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground so that you can take it inside your business or home. The truck driver will place your order on the ground using the liftgate and you are responsible for bringing it inside.

If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload your items from the truck, you will need a liftgate and must select this option at checkout. The charge for the liftgate is $45.00 but additional fees will apply if a liftgate is added after checkout.
