DoSYS 7801 Convection Oven by Revent
The Revent DOSYS 7801 half pan bakery convection oven with steam is an innovative approach to adding high end bakery products to you operation. As you can expect with all Revent products this oven bakes evenly across the pan with gentle air velocity. The convection circulating fan automatically reverses direction to provide even baking in the small oven chamber.
The high volume steam system for this convection oven has a manual water reservoir accessed from the front control panel. You can’t see the removable water reservoir from the picture but it’s there. The small convection oven is great for par-bake, frozen dough, cookies, bagels, artisan breads and any other bakery item you can think of.
Just like the larger versions of the bakery convection oven from Revent there is are manual heat, bake time and steam controls. This innovative approach to fresh baked bakery product will surpass anything you have tried before.
