OPERATIONAL CONDITION: EXCELLENT OPERATIONAL CONDITION!
COSMETIC CONDITION: Both Arm Rests and Seat Cushion have been upholstered/covered with protective heavy duty Impermeable fabric as can be seen in the pictures. The Head Rest, Back Rest and Calf Rest are all in the Original Vinyl covering without any rips or tears as can also be seen in the pictures.
All adjustments DO function PERFECTLY.

Head Back Rest Metal bracket is in PERFECT condition.
The arm support is Solid. The hydraulics on the chair goes to it's full height, and adjusts back down as it should by using the locking lever to move it up and down.
