As can be watched in the video, this unit does shake perfectly, the compressor & fan power on perfectly not to mention it is also very silent. We actually shot the video on top of a cart so it naturally kind of shook a bit since the best would be to operate it atop a fixed table top but it definitely is quiet and shakes perfectly. It also does Heat Up Fast & Furiously as it is intended to.

MaxQ 4000 benchtop orbital shakers are durable and easy to use with a spacious 18 × 18in. platform for higher vessel capacity. These benchtop units handle up to six 2L flasks. The clear, scratch-resistant lid allows unobstructed sample viewing without disturbing chamber temperature.
