This listing is for an antique "Economy Vertical Miterer" machine made by H.B. Rouse of Chicago.
Since we do not have a printing press to fully test this unit with it and since this is an antique item, this listing is under an as is no return basis. Please check all pictures carefully and feel free to ask any questions you may have before comitting to buy this ROUSE VERTICAL ROTARY MITERER!
This unit is for mitering lead printing press type.
This comes with an AC motor on a self-tensioning mount.
We estimate the age of this machine at 65 - 100 years (the manufacturer's data plate is pre-postal code).
Weight is approximately 120 pounds.
CONDITION:
Used antique recently removed from a vintage Printing Press.
Powered up for us without any distress, smooth mechanical motion and spring return.
The buyer must perform cleaning, adjustment, and replacement of the aged v-belt and wiring before further use.
