INTENDED USE OF EQUIPMENT:
The QUANTALIFE 96 WELL DROPLET QX-100 READER provides analysis of ddPCR droplets that have been generated and then thermal cycled to endpoint in a standard cycler.
The Droplet Reader accepts a 96-well plate with droplet emulsions in each well, loads the droplets from each well serially, and then outputs the amplitude data for the precise counting of every droplet in the user software QuantaSoftTM (Software IS NOT INCLUDED with this unit, only the hardware).

1. Power on Droplet Reader (DR) and start QuantaSoft. Wait 30 minutes for DR to warm up.
