The Heat Lamp comes with 4 extra Brand New spare bulbs as can be seen in the pictures so buyer will probably never have to run out of bulbs since each one lasts a very long time.
This unit has never been used in a restaurant environment, that's why it's looking so great.
It came from a University Business School catering and has always been very well taken care of, that's why it is in wonderful Operational Condition.
Their in house catering was de-comissioned a few months ago and the machine has been sitting ever since, looks great and works PERFECTLY!!!

Cart Dimensions in inches are: 30" deep x 28" wide x 36.25" high
TOP: Constructed of 16 gauge, type 304 stainless steel, die-
formed, welded, ground and polished to a uniform finish. The
top includes a rolled front and rear edge.
BODY: Frame construction shall be of hi-tensile aluminum
square tubing, 1-1/4, with 3-3/4 extruded, vertical radius
corners on front and rear. Frame sections are all welded
construction, ground and polished to a uniform finish. Body is
compelte with front and end panels of .050 aluminum, and an
8-5/8 rear apron of .090 aluminum, all covered with plastic
laminate, with stainless steel sliding rear doors covered in
plastic laminate. Owner to specify laminate selection. A cam-
lock locking system is included with each unit to align and re-
tain cart positioning when two or more units are joined. An 18
gauge stainless steel undershelf is included.
CASTERS:
N.S.F. approved, 5 diameter, non-marking rubber
tired, swivel plate casters with grease fittings. Both casters on
operator’s side have foot or toe activated locking brakes.
