These Sofas are Rare and Unique and will make a Wonderful Impression at a high end business lobby or office or even at a someone's home who has a vintage looking and big living room.
Came as a donation to our school from the University of Michigan's Graduate Library which was renovated and has been with the university since the 1930's.
Each Sofa Seats 4 People Extremely Comfortably, total 8 Comfortable Seating for both these Sofas.

SPRINGS DO NOT SAG NOR GIVE OUT. Both these Sofas' Springs and Bottom Seating Structures were completely refurbished because the university intended to place them back at the Library so as can be seen in the pictures.
Anyone sitting on them will have a Strong and Sturdy Seating Experience, both these sofa SEATS ARE FIRM.
Both these sofas are beautifully in an Olive Green upholstery with what some think it is an actual leather since it is so well made it looks very much like leather but we actually believe it's a very strong and extremely well made in the USA Vinyl which is not found nowadays any longer, nothing like today's usual flimsy and fragile vinyl, leather or fabric.
That's also probably why there are no rips nor cuts only normal markings which do not affect appearance of the Green Olive color as can be seen in the pictures. Both Sofas are in very good condition considering their age.
There is no major damage to the vinyl as can be seen in the pictures. There is a carved designed wooden trim at the bottom rim which is completely present in front of the sofas and missing in some parts of the back where nobody sees and also on a small part on the side of one of the sofas, the other is complete on both sides as can be seen in the pictures. Actually if someone wanted they could actually take off this carved wooden trim from the back and patch it on that side which it is missing, easy to do actually, then only on the back it would be missing.
Both these Sofas were made with Solid Wood, not the usual furniture or Ikea flimsy structure, these Sofas are Heavy Duty and MADE IN THE USA TO LAST A LIFETIME!!!
Vinyl is clean as can be seen in the pictures.
