VERY IMPORTANT: We received this unit as a donation from a Federal University and it was hard wired, in other words there had never been any power cord installed to it. 

We then got a used power cord and installed it to the pump. This Pump had never been put to use and is truly brand new. It was sitting in storage at the university for many years and works beautifully but since we installed a used power cord to it we are selling it under a used condition even though the pump itself has never been used before, it is brand new!
