Applications

Circulation of highly corrosive acids, alkalis, solvents, brine, plating solutions, sterile solutions, and other highly corrosive chemicals and solutions that are compatible with the pump's material of construction.

This Magnetic Drive Pump is designed to handle liquids such as mild acids, mild alkalis, and saltwater. The design isolates the pump mechanism from the motor with a solid wall, and helps eliminate seal-caused friction loss, wear, contamination, and leakage. Liquid surrounds the pump, which has no physical connection to the motor. Magnets on both sides of the wall transmit rotary power from the motor side to the pump.
