Condition is consistent with age and use, visible scratches and wear (chip on back edge) from usage + age as shown in the many pictures.
Some of KNOLL credenzas have marble or acrylic tops so that is an alternative to buyer, or even sanding it down and bringing the top to a pristine finish.
