Huntington has designed an ultra-high vacuum Universal 22 Port Vacuum Chamber suitable for a variety of research experiments including surface science.
The chamber is made from 304 stainless steel and has a 14 inch nominal diameter with a number of ports for mounting instrumentation, sample transfer, viewports, roughing and UHV pumps.
