The HP Agilent 3311A Function Generator is a compact wide range Function Generator. The 3311A provides sine, square, or triangle wave outputs over a 7 decade frequency range of 0.1 Hz to 1 MHz. 

The output is 10 V P-P into 600 ohms, with >30 attenuator and +- 5 VDC offset.
