Description: Atmospheric Hot Water Dispenser (AWD) At the simple push of a button, the Hatco Atmospheric Water Dispenser delivers pre-measured quantities of up to 8 gallons of continuous hot water for food preparation or cleaning. - Quickly delivers 2, 3 or 4 quarts (1.9, 2.8 or 3.8 liters) of hot water with touch of a button.
- Setpoint temperature can be adjusted from 75°F (24°C) up to the factory default setting of 195°F (91°C).
- Features an electronic temperature controller with a digital temperature display and a power On/Off switch.
- Removable shelf allows access to dispense water into larger containers.

The Hatco AWD12 12 Gallon atmospheric hot water dispenser easily provides large volumes of hot water for food preparation applications like pasta, sauces and soups, potatoes, hot cereals and rice. It's great for the times you need a lot of hot water, quickly.
The dispenser features three buttons that can dispense 2, 3, and 4 quarts of water, or you can use the manual switch to dispense up to 8 gallons continuously. The factory set dispensing temperature is 195 degrees Fahrenheit, but it can be adjusted as low as 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
The dispenser has a removable shelf to allow for large containers, like stock pots and sauce pans to be used with the dispenser. The stainless steel tank has a convenient bottom drain for easy cleaning, and will hold up to 12 gallons of water, but the unit is still small and compact enough to require minimal counter space.
This atmospheric hot water dispenser is UL and UL Sanitation Listed. It comes with a NEMA 6-30P plug; choose voltage. Please consult the Specification Sheet for further installation instructions and product details.
