Came from a Federal University which was not using it any longer and has always been very well taken care of as can be seen in the pictures.

This is what the university tech guys told us: "We looped the inlet to the outlet and switched it on. The pump gave a steady stream into the reservoir. The flow meters' indicators did indicate flow. With a full reservoir, the water temperature fell from 74ºF to 35ºF in under half an hour (it was sitting with the condensing unit off, with the water cold, when we came to check on it half an hour after starting).
