Description

Garland / US Range E2555-208/1 Details:

With ample hearth space and a durable design, this Garland E2555 55 1/2" triple deck electric roast oven can handle even the most demanding production needs!

Ideal for roasting delicious meats and vegetables, this 12" roast oven features a 1/8" thick cold rolled steel hearth in each deck to ensure even heat distribution across the baking surface.

Separate heat controls for each section allow you to simultaneously roast items at different temperatures.

For added convenience, each oven has slot spaces for a removable intermediate shelf. 

To provide flexibility and consistent heating, tubular burner elements located above and below the roast section can achieve temperatures between 200-550 degrees Fahrenheit. For easy maintenance, this oven's controls are front-serviceable and located outside the heat zone. Its durable deck door opens to the full width of the oven cavity for unobstructed loading and supports a maximum load of 250 lb. It requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection.

Oven Door

Oven door extends the full width of the oven interior. Door opens level with oven deck and will bear in excess of 250 lbs. (113 kg.) load.

Roast Section

Roast section hearth is 1/8" (3mm) thick cold rolled steel. Each roast deck comes standard with one grid type welded steel oven rack supported by heavy porcelain enameled rack slides.

Service

Service of all wiring, thermostat, pilot light, door spring and floodlights is done from a front hinged control panel. Elements may be removed through oven doors without removal of door.

Standard Finish

Standard finish is stainless steel. Front, sides and legs.

Timer

A five hour mechanical timer is standard on every roast section.

Venting

Each section is provided with an oven vent. On multiple decks, vents are connected. Minimum recommendedclearance to exhaust canopy is 12" (305mm).
