The Frymaster GPCRBSC WH-90 Pasta Magic Natural Gas Pasta Cooker/Rinser makes short work of cooking pasta to turn orders over faster. 

Electronic, programmable controls on its smooth-surfaced, easy-clean, touch-pad timer / controller make it easy to cook perfect pasta exactly as desired every time, automatically and reliably. 

Each 80,000 BTU gas pasta cooker features an innovative auto-fill / starch skimmer that keeps the water level at the correct height and removes excess starch residue from the water's surface. Since there's no need for refills, the water will always be ready to cook, saving both energy and time! 

To prevent boil-overs, this cookpot is designed with a 1 1/4" overflow drain valve that carries away excess water and starch. Additionally, it reduces the time needed to drain the system and virtually eliminates the chance of clogs, which is common in pasta cookers with smaller drain openings. 

For faster preheat and recovery, the Frymaster GPCRB Pasta Magic gas cooker features a high efficiency, 80,000 BTU infrared burner.

GPCRBSC: The “Gas Pasta Magic System” consists of a gas cooker and rinse tank combination. 

The unit is equipped with a programmable controller, which controls water temperature, water level, and cooking times. 

A swing-away water faucet is standard. GPCRB units are equipped with a programmable basket lift system, which lowers and raises bulk or individualized portions of pasta.; 

The cookpot is safeguarded against over filling and boilover by a large overflow drain. “SC” following the model designation indicates all stainless steel components. 

Equipped with automatic water filling (Autofill). 

The Autofill feature maintains the cookpot water level approximately 1-inch (32mm) below the overflow drain.
