We received this FOLLET MODEL 25CT400A from a university and it does not POWER UP.

We tried to power it up but it does not start so we are selling it as is for parts, we don't know why it does not work or if there is anything missing in it since we are not experts on this type of equipment that is why we are selling it for parts as is no returns.
