GENERAL:

PNEUMATIC CONTROLS

Several types of pneumatic controls have been designed to assist the operator in using Ergomatic articulating assist arm and SINGLE BALANCE: Which has a fixed preset balance load. This is a zero-gravity balance for a fixed weight.

DUAL BALANCE: Low balance setting and high balance setting are sensed via a limit switch or operator activated

Setting can either be automatically changed with no operator input or manually changed

TRIPLE BALANCE: The Triple Balance pneumatic control is recommended when (2) parts with a discernible weight

PENDANT CONTROL HANDLES UP/DOWN POWERED LIFT: For variable speed and is recommended and is recommended when multiple load of varying

AUTO SENSING BALANCE: Balance going from no load present to lightest part weight then senses to part present
