These Edwards 1105 pirani and or penning high vacuum cold cathode gauge controllers can measure vacuum pressure from 1000 to 5x10-8 Torr. The Edwards 1105 vacuum gauge controller can accept: 1 penning head (CP25-K) or 2 pirani heads (PRM 10, PRM10-K, PRL10-K, PRH10-K). This is done by the addition of vacuum gauge controller cards in the back of the Edwards 1105 controller.
