This electric hand mixer is a powerful piece of equipment designed to be used in cooking pots holding up to 25 gallons. The electric hand mixer allows you to mix and blend excellent veloute soups directly in the cooking pot as well as: fish soup, bread soup, vegetable soups, spinach, salads, chopped cabbage, pancake mixture, mayonnaise, etc.

Dynamic offers a vast range of professional quality immersion blenders for commercial kitchens. The high quality MX91 blender is built to last with a stainless steel mixing tube and protecting bell. The signature bright orange body lets anyone know you have a top grade Dynamic blender. The MX91, also known as the Major Mixer, is a single speed unit that is light weight, easy to handle, but very powerful. The 9000 RPM, 460 Watt motor can blend 12 gallons of cooked vegetable soup in under 3 minutes. Always make sure to never run the MX91 longer than 5-7 minute intervals with equal shut off times to ensure years of use. If you get tired of holding the blender over your pan, consider the optional support bracket to lessen the weight. The titanium plated mixing knife may eventually dull and show signs of wear. Replacement blades are available and can be easily changed.
