COSMETIC CONDITION: It is in the Original Vinyl covering without any rips or tears as can also be seen in the pictures.
All adjustments DO function PERFECTLY.

Rest Back Metal bracket is in PERFECT condition.
The arm support is Solid. The hydraulics on the chair go up to it's full height, and adjusts back down as it should.
