This saw came from a Federal University and has been fully TESTED and is in VERY GOOD OPERATIONAL CONDITION. FOOT LEVER RAISES THE MOTOR EASILY AND WORKS PERFECTLY. EVEN THE CART ROLLS BACK AND FORTH QUITE WELL AS CAN BE WATCHED IN THE VIDEO EVEN THOUGH THE SIDE RAILS WHERE IT ROLLS ONTO SHOWS A LOT OF WEAR AS CAN BE SEEN IN THE LISTING's CLOSE UP PICTURES. BUYER CAN BUY REPLACEMENT CONVEYOR CART RAILS FROM DIAMOND CUT IF DESIRED.
IMPORTANT: THE STEEL FRAME HAS BEEN SCRAPPED OFF MOST OF THE RUST AND RE-PAINTED AS CAN BE SEEN IN THE PICTURES. THE CONVEYOR CART STILL ROLLS ON THE SIDE RAILS WHICH SHOW WEAR AS CAN BE SEEN IN THE PICTURES BUT IT STILL WORKS.
