We received this unit from a Federal University Cafeteria who said it was operational but since we do not have 3 Phase power and cannot test it completely.
IMPORTANT: We did Power it up to a regular 220 Volt 1 Phase Outlet and the display did power up and the motor made a humming noise as can be WATCHED IN THE VIDEO BELOW but that is the extent of the testing we were able to make.
This CLEVELAND 1SCE Steamer is being sold under an AS IS NO RETURN condition and that is why the low price, it could be working or it could not, unfortunately without 3 PHASE power we cannot test it fully buyer must buy it knowing that is the condition.
