This listing is for an amazing Chickering & Sons Baby Grand Piano & Stool Circa 1967 beige which had only one owner, it is at least 50 years old and is in excellent tuning condition.

It was a present to owner's daughter who went on to become a university Music teacher.
Parents have to move to a new smaller home and children don't want to take it so they very generously donated it to us so we can sell it and help us build our Art School here in Toledo - OH.
It was tuned last December and plays perfectly but it might and probably will need to be tuned after shipment due to freight movement so as to guarantee its impeccable playing quality.
This piano would be a great addition for an apartment or home as a showpiece.
Piano includes bench as well.
It's in great condition and has a wonderful tone, absolutely no disappointments here.

" A Little Bit of this Company's History: Chickering & Sons was an American piano manufacturer located in Boston, Massachusetts, known for producing award-winning instruments of superb quality and design. The company was founded in 1823 by Jonas Chickering and James Stewart, but the partnership dissolved four years later. By 1830 Jonas Chickering became partners with John Mackay, manufacturing pianos as "Chickering & Company", and later "Chickering & Mackays" until the senior Mackay's death in 1841, and reorganized as "Chickering & Sons" in 1853. Chickering pianos continued to be made until 1983. Chickering was then bought by Gibson and grands were then made by Gibson since."
