All adjustments DO function PERFECTLY.

Seams on the chair and rest do not have any rips nor tears as shown. Rest Back Metal bracket is in PERFECT condition.
The arm support is Solid. The hydraulics on the chair goes to it's full height, and adjusts back down as it should by using the locking lever to move it up and down. Take a good look at the photographs to get an idea of what is being offered. The vinyl upholstery is in Excellent condition as can be seen in the pictures.
The 7720 INSTRUMENT STAND is also in great Operational and Cosmetic Condition,
