They came from a Federal University and it did power on, the digital display does work but the motor does not spin so that is why we are selling it under an AS IS no return Condition.
Could be an easy fix but we don't have the technical capability to do that, nevertheless we did open the unit up so buyer can see the unit is complete and there are no parts missing.
