They came from a Federal University and have been fully TESTED and is in VERY GOOD OPERATIONAL CONDITION..

Shows broken casing probably while they moved it in and out of the university dept it must have fallen and broke the outside casing but as you can watch in the video it is working perfectly, these are Work Horses and will last a lifetime.
