Biotek Elx800 Microplate Reader
The BioTek ELx800 is a sleek Absorbance Microplate Reader designed for the clinical and life science research community. The instrument is outfitted for ELISA assays, Enzyme activity projects, along with kinetic and well area scanning and either single or dual wavelength reading. The system features extensive onboard software which includes multiple curve options such as linear, cubic, 4-p log logit, point to point, and cubic spline, as well as control and assay validation calculations, and data transformation and formula applications, and cut off and call criteria.
The Elx800 plate reader will store 55 available assays onboard and gives users the ability to create user-defined assays. The microprocessor control will store up to 25 standard curves, and up to microplate 8 results at a time, and offers This microplate plate reader has a wavelength range between 400-750nm and can read a wide range of plates from 24, 48, 96 wells. The system runs off a Tungsten Halogen Lamp and has a five-filter capacity. In addition, the system can be run with The BioTek Gen5 software for greater processing power and PC control.
The Bio-Tek ELX Series Microplate Washers are designed specifically to rapidly wash 96 or 384-well microplates and includes BioTek's patented Dual-Action™ manifold to ensure optimal performance and easy maintenance.
