Thanks to its heavy duty refrigeration system and air cooled topping rail, this Beverage Air SU927-B refrigerated salad / sandwich prep table keeps your toppings and sauces cool and fresh even with the lid open. 

Eight food pans are included with the Beverage Air SU927-B refrigerated salad / sandwich prep table. Its self closing door features a convenient 120 degree stay open feature, for easier loading and unloading of product.

The Beverage Air prep table's 1/6 hp compressor uses R-134a refrigerant to maintain food safe holding temperatures. CFC-free polyurethane insulation helps improve the prep table's energy efficiency. 

The Beverage Air 27" sandwich / salad prep refrigerator requires a 115V electrical connection.
