This listing is for an Unknown Working Condition BELSHAW 718LCG NATURAL GAS 18" x 26" DONUT FRYER with SF18 SHORTENING FILTER BAKERY SYSTEM as can be seen in the pictures.
This Belshaw 724LCG Donut Fryer (Gas) and this Belshaw SF18 Shortening Filter came from a Storage from a University Cafeteria where they were decomissioned last year and they could not tell us whether they were working or not since they closed that cafeteria and there is no longer anyone there who used that equipment.
We did power up the SF18 SHORTENING FILTER and the light did light up as can be seen in the pictures but we could not do any other testing since we do not have how to connect it to the Natural Gas as recommended. It does include the Foot Remote Pedal as can be seen in the pictures.
This unit runs on natural gas.
We did plug in the small Digital electronic thermostat control with the digital reading and that light did not light up so we do not think that Thermostat is working as also shown in the pictures.
It has not been tested and that's why we are selling it under an as is no return condition.
