IMPORTANT: We powered the AZURE C600 on and tried to CAPTURE pictures as shown in the pictures. 

The program screen stated Picture Capture was in Progress but it never did Capture any pictures. A message popped up on the screen, images we took today are attached here stating:

"Error communicating with the Camera. Please restart application and try again. If this error persists please restart system's computer. Additional Information: Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component."

A technician explained to us that even though the unit recognizes the software it cannot access it without the actual computer, supposedly any computer with the software would enable it to work.

ORIGIN: The unit came as a Surplus from a Federal University lab but since we do not have the expertise to fully test it we are selling it under an As Is No Return condition on this unit!!!

The picture is the actual items buyer will receive.

Software is installed but we don't know how to use it not even how to bypass the password.
