TOP: Top constructed of 18 gauge, type 304 stainless steel, die-formed, welded, buffed and polished to a uniform finish. The cold pan will
accommodate 12" x 20" pans of 2" 1/2' and 4" depth, and fractional size pans. The Precision Edge runs the full length of the top and consists of a
double 45 degree angle with a polished finish and also to provide extra durability and aesthetic enhancement.
LINER: The inner liner shall be 18 gauge, type 304 Stainless Steel, one piece construction, all welded, ground and polished to a uniform finish.
All corners are covered with a minimum 1/4" radius. The liner has copper tubing firmly soldered to the exterior bottom. A 3/4" diameter drain with strainer, 4" PVC nipple, and valve is provided.
INSULATION: The pan is fully insulated with high density polystyrene, 1" thick on all sides, 1" 1/2' thick on the bottom and enclosed with a 22
gauge galvanized steel outer liner.
BODY: End mullions are die-formed, 18 gauge paint grip steel, all welded box beam construction. Interior sides are enclosed with 20 gauge paint
grip Steel panels attached to the end mullions. End mullions are joined at the top, front and rear by a 6" 1/2' apron running the full length of the
unit. Corner sections are formed with 45 degree angles on all sides for the designer look. End mullions are joined at the bottom with a full length
angle iron frame. Steel surfaces are finished with Permakote Urethane Based Paint.
ALL SIDES: Constructed of rigidized honeycomb material with plyshield plywood stringers. Panel is framed with 5/8" x 1" polyethylene and a
plastic laminate front. Rear is finished with a backing sheet to insure watertight integrity. 45 degree designer corners are painted with a
Permakot urethane based paint. Solid color mica panels on the sides.
REFRIGERATION SYSTEM: A 1/3 HP self-contained condensing unit with a hermetically sealed compressor is provided along with a factory pre-
set temperature pressure control, which is field adjustable. The condensing unit is provided with an enclosure of 18 gauge steel. A removable
grill is included for air circulation and access to the refrigeration system.
ADJUSTABLE CASTERS: N.S.F. listed, 5" diameter, non-marking neoprene rubber tired swivel casters. Two casters have foot operated locking
brakes. All Designer Series units feature Precision's exclusive adjustable height, leveling casters.
ELECTRICAL: 15 amp, 120 volt, 60 cycle, single phase operation with an illuminated on/off switch located on the operator's side and a 6-foot
long, 3-wire cord and plug (NEMA-5-15P). A cord holder is provided, under the end mullion on operator's right.
INCLUDED ACCESSORIES:
. Tray slide, 12" wide, solid, ribbed, all Stainless Steel fold down with laminate inlay on front edge.
. Buffet Canopy, features Precison's unique flip-top sneeze guard on customer's side only - SAR Plexiglas. Canopy body is of millwork
construction with plastic laminate finish. Stainless Steel top with highlighted edge and chrome plated brackets;
. Fluorescent light under canopy.
. Stainless Steel legs with adjustable feet, in lieu of casters.
. Reversa-Panel an alternate plastic laminate is substituted for backing sheet on the rear. The panel may then be reversed in the field, without
the use tools, to create an alternate look.
It's in VERY GOOD cosmetic condition with some scratches/scrapes from use. The Acrylic Plexiglas breath guard protection is divided into three
sections and is complete, it shows some crack marks where the screw attaches to it as can be seen in the pictures, nothing serious but worth mentioning.

What is liftgate service?
A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground so that you can take it inside your business or home. The truck driver will place your order on the ground using the liftgate and you are responsible for bringing it inside.
If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload your items from the truck, you will need a liftgate and must select this option at checkout. The charge for the liftgate is $45.00 but additional fees will apply if a liftgate is added after checkout.
Some items like large outdoor ice merchandisers or very long pizza prep tables may be too large or heavy for a lift gate and will require a truck-level loading dock. If you do not have one, we recommend selecting White Glove Delivery.
What is a delivery appointment? Select this FREE service option at checkout, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, usually within a 4 hour window. Remember, for residential addresses, a delivery appointment is required.
We also suggest a delivery appointment for our commercial customers if there is any doubt that an authorized recipient will be available to receive your order, or if you are not always open Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM as this is generally the timeframe carriers deliver within. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, you will be charged additional fees when the carrier is forced to redeliver. What is White Glove service?
Standard common carrier delivery options cover the cost of getting an item to your shipping address but our White Glove delivery service does that and more!
The White Glove agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment, which gives you the flexibility to work around your busy schedule and to prepare the space where your item will be placed. Upon delivery, trained professionals will unload your item from the truck, bring it into the room of choice, unpack the item and remove all packaging debris from the premises.
Please note that White Glove delivery will typically add 5 - 7 business days to your order's transit, and only includes 30 minutes of on-site time. If on-site time beyond 30 minutes is required, you may be responsible for additional fees. Additionally, this service does not include set-up of the items being delivered.
