Unit came from a Federal University Surplus and has been tested to power on which it does as can be seen in the pictures.
Unit does also heat up but once it cycles at powering on the screen does not respond, it simply stays in that position and we don't know how to test it any further and that is why the low price and As Is No Return condition.
