We received this unit from a Federal University Cafeteria who said it was non operational but since concession university cafeterias prefer to replace these units instead of repairing them so as to not risk their contract this may be a great deal for someone who knows how to fix them or who has a good repair technician to fix or repair them, a great deal at this low price. We have another one just like this one also from the same cafeteria since they used them as Double Stack units.
IMPORTANT: We did Power it up to a regular 120 Volt 1 Phase Outlet and the display did power up with the written codes as can be WATCHED IN THE VIDEO BELOW but that is the extent of the testing we were able to make since we didn't know how to program it and it didn't heat up automatically.
This ACCUTEMP EVOLUTION E61201 Steamer is being sold under an AS IS NO RETURN condition and that is why the low price, we do not have the capability and cannot test it fully.
