Vortexing action is created by holding the top tray of the vessel securely in place while the bottom tray moves freely in a defined, 3.6mm eccentric orbit.
The Fisher Multi Tube Vortex Mixer is a high-volume lab mixing instrument with a continuous-duty motor and rattle-free operation. A fitted foam sample platform up to 50 samples, test tubes, vials, and cylinders in place and agitates at an orbit of 3.6 mm. The Fisher Votex mixer has an adjustable speed range of between 1200 and 2400 rpm run by a powerful continuous-duty motor, and suction cup feet to prevent walking. This lab vortexer can be used in either a continuous mode or timed up to 60 seconds for simple procedures. The Fisher Vortexer is a microprocessor controlled for consistent action and can be set from the angled control panel with basic analog knobs located right upfront.
